How real is "real-time"?

Median latency 3-5 minutes from broadcast to alert (email, Slack, MS Teams, webhook, WhatsApp). 24/7 coverage — works the same at 3 AM as at 3 PM on a Sunday. SLA: <8 minutes p95.

Can I share the clips with my client?

Yes. Clips download as MP4 with timestamp, program and channel. Share internally and in client reports. For publication (social, press) there are broadcast rights restrictions — check with us case by case.

How long until we're operational after signing?

Starter and Pro: 24-48 hours. Configure keywords and receive your first alert within day one. Enterprise with custom integrations (CRM, SSO, bespoke dashboards): 5-10 business days depending on scope.

How do you handle false positives and keyword matching?

Matching combines exact string, lemmas and named entities (NER). Before an alert fires, a second reviewer model analyzes the 30 seconds of context around the match to discard ambiguous uses — a double pass, not a single filter. Each alert arrives with that context attached, and you can manually flag from the dashboard anything that slipped through; the model tunes per account.
